TITLE: City Manager
Full-time / Exempt
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience, medical, life, TMRS Retirement

Position is appointed by the City Council and serves as the administrative officer of the City. Position is responsible to the Mayor and Council for the proper administration of all affairs of the City, including boards, commissions and the general public.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration or a related field. Master's Degree/MBA preferred. At least five-years of full-time experience working for a city in Texas, Type A General Law or larger, with at least two-years in a city management supervisory level. Experience in municipal planning and budgeting required; experience in economic development and long-range strategic planning desired.
